I provide consultancy for new technology initiatives, provide assessments of existing implementations or operations, and write reports for compliance, regulatory or other purposes.

My experience includes 30 years in the industry, with most of that time spent in the regulated utilities. I have also worked in higher education, pensions and investments, software and publishing. I've managed a consultancy business for two decades and served on a technical panel for a water regulator to publish national guidance.

I enjoy trying to make sense of complexity and uncertainty and producing my findings in a structured manner.​​

Accreditations include ITIL, Prince2, MCSE.

I am chartered (and hold full membership) with the British Computing Society. I am an affiliate of the Expert Witness Institute.
