I deliver assessments of technology deployments or operations, write reports for compliance, regulatory or strategic audiences, and provide expert witness reports for the courts.

My experience is 30 years in technology, with the majority in the regulated utilities of energy, water and transport as analyst and analyst manager. Exposure also includes higher education and the financial sector. I've managed a consultancy business for two decades, co-launched a successful publishing house, mentored charity boards and served on a technical panel for a water regulator to author national guidance.

I specialise in undertaking investigations through uncertainty, making sense of complexity and producing structured findings.

Accreditations include ITIL, Prince2, MCSE and Certified Expert Witness.

​

I am chartered (and hold full membership) with the British Computing Society, an associate of the Expert Witness Institute and a member of ISACA.
